I can get away with as much as 92 grams of protein if I am very active. You should choose your protein level based on activity, but DO NOT go lower than allowed. I am choosing to go with 56-60 grams of protein daily. WebCertain physiological conditions require the flushing of ketones to keep the body properly functioning—for example, pregnancy.
