Tried the following: - Moved plug to another outlet. - Power cycled the Google Fiber access point. - Hit the Reset with a paper clip for 10 seconds or so. - Power cycled the Orbi again. From online searches it seems like the flashing white light is a symptom of not completing the boot. WebThe system will work great for a few weeks, then devices will start falling off the network (i.e. no longer connected) then eventually the router fails to red. If you reboot the router after it fails to red, it will try to boot back up, but then go to solid red status. According to Netgear, the solid red is a hardware issue.
