Instead of lying flat on the ground, the single rail sits above the ground on a trestle held by supports on either side, each making an “A” shape. The Company's track was removed and sold in the year, 1925; the defendant, John Cremin, thereupon entered into possession of the lands, the subject-matter of these proceedings, and had since remained in exclusive and uninterrupted possession.
