WebMy thinking is that an Adair home would most certainly be better than a manufactured home for both quality and value/resale, and I am skeptical that our budget would allow for a more "premium" quality custom home built by a local GC. It'll be out in the country on 5-10 acres so I'm not too worried about it looking like other homes.
