If it's not fully warmed up you won't get the right setting because the enricher is going to be adding fuel. If while warmed up it still is too rich your pilot jet might be too big. These are usually size 34.

WebJan 11, 2015 · I recommend the following: 1) Change the spark plug first off! 2) Clean the carb jets, including the accelerator pump with carb cleaner. 3) Use compressed air to clean the jets (in my case), as well as any crevice/channel and the accelerator pump.
