WebMar 24, 2024 · It almost flies as flawless as the PMDG 737 now. So time for a small change in my list. The default DG1000 has to give up its space for the fenix and the FBW goes to place 10. For detailed description of the models, see my earlier post from january 1st. So why the Fenix in my new list? WebJan 21, 2024 · So if you're after a nice but not vertical climb ability I'd suggest that you want around 60 to 70 watts per lb. And that works out to between 225 to 265 watts. Now that is not a whole lot of power. But then again I'm a little surprised that a scale model of that size is under 4 lbs in weight.

WebJul 31, 2014 · I agree 100%. I used to have a Fly Fly DG1000 2.6 meter glider, compared to the ASW28 it was a pig. Probably a bit unfair, it actually flew very well provided the speed was kept in check. If flying speed was allowed to drop too far the resulting tip stall could be very dramatic and would certainly wake you up.
