You actually CAN get hit during the King Dice fight, as long as you finish the fight with at least 3 HP. You can get to this fight with up to 8 HP points so this shouldn't be much of a problem.

WebWhen I defeated him the first time, I had gotten to King Dice without taking a hit and had collected 6HP. I was really sloppy and lost half of my hit points but still got an A+ and the Rolling Sixes achievement.
